Data Input

Text Merge a form letter from your favorite Windows' word processor with Ex-Port's address file to produce hundreds of personalized letters without typing a single character.

OLE

Ex-Port now stores OLE objects as part of your database record.
Object Linking and Embedding allows you to store, edit, cut, paste, play, or print objects created in other Windows' applications.
Examples In your customer file, you can store a photo of your customer, a picture of his place of business, or a map to his location. A new salesperson can identify him on sight and smoothly travel to his/her facility. In the inventory file, you can include a photo of the item or a drawing showing a breakdown of assemblies and sub-assemblies. In your personnel file, you can store a photo of the employee.
